Rick Rowley’s documentary The Fourth World War continues to screen nationally and internationally, including at the 3 Continents Film Festival in South Africa, the Ismailia Festival for Documentary in Egypt, and the Vilnius Documentary Festival in Lithuania.  After premiering during the Republican National Convention at Anthology Film Archives in New York, it took Best Picture at the Atlanta Underground Film Festival.  The film examines globalization through the experiences of five movements in five continents, including the Zapatista rebellion in Chiapas and the movement in India against the International Monetary Fund.

The film examines globalization through the experiences of five movements in five continents, including the Zapatista rebellion in Chiapas and the movement in India against the International Monetary Fund. He is currently in Iraq and Palestine reporting for Democracy Now and filming a new project.
