Accomplishments
After graduating from the Centro Universitario de Estudios Cinematográficos (CUEC), Luis Lupone received a grant from the French government to study at the Documentary Film Training Center in Paris. He has also studied at the International Film and Television School of San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba and at the Varan-Rouch Association in Paris. His debut feature film La Migala received an Ariel Award for Best Opera Prima. He has directed more than 30 documentaries and has received several national and international awards.
