Susan Muska and Gréta Ólafsdóttir’s feature documentary The Brandon Teena Story screened at the Berlin International Film Festival in February. The documentary looks at the life and murder of the young woman who moved to Falls City, Nebraska in 1993 and passed herself off as a male.

Susan Muska and Gréta Ólafsdóttir’s Women, the Forgotten Face of War, a documentary that follows the lives of several Kosovar women refugees and explores the common tragedy that women survivors of war must face, screened at the Center for Contemporary Art in Dresden, Germany in September.

Susan Muska and Greta Ólafsdóttir are working on two new documentaries. The Legacy of Resistance is about the anti-war movement in America. They're also working on a documentary about troubled girls, funded by the Icelandic Film Commission.
