An experimental film that interweaves stories of the people who lived in, worked at and visited the famous Ambassador Hotel, now deserted but once the site of the Cocoanut Grove night club and the 1968 assassination of Robert Kennedy.

Pat O’Neill’s 1974 experimental short Saugus Series, which joins enigmatic western landscapes with animations, screened in November at the UCLA Film and Television Archive in Los Angeles.
November - December 2004
Pat O’Neill presented a lecture sponsored by UCLA Design/Media Arts department in December.
August - September 2004
Pat O’Neill’s films screened in a complete retrospective at the Santa Monica Museum of Art for a month beginning in September.  The film series was accompanied by a concurrent exhibition surveying his visual art from 1961 to the present.
